## FATE

FATE originally simulated the 2026 FIFA World Cup from results and selectable
strength foundations: Team EV, Nate Silver PELE, and World Football Elo through
the Blend mode. The finished surface now replays how those probabilities moved
from kickoff to Spain's title. Historical Polymarket, Kalshi, and Manifold
observations remain labeled comparison evidence, never hidden model inputs or
present-day recommendations.

The Wrong Football pool canon is Furthest Team: deepest surviving owned team,
then number of owned teams at that depth, then wins, then goals. Quidditch
scoring remains visible as a what-if timeline, not the default voting path.

Hash checks establish artifact integrity, not contemporaneous observation.
Legacy prediction receipts under retired key dc9cfff4ac48… are
cryptographically compromised because the signer reused its nonce; preserve them
as incident evidence, but do not treat their signatures as authorship proof.
